A continuous one-and-a-quarter-inch by one-and-a-half-inch by one-eighth-inch metal glazing channel receives the top edge of half-inch thick tempered glass. Shims align the channel against the ceiling framing and metal stud support wall. Backer rods and black silicone sealant finish the joint on each side below the finished ceiling line.
