Roof drain passing through an exterior wall assembly with associated transition manifold and pipe schedule. The assembly includes a finish paving detail per the site plan, one-eighth-inch asphalt impregnated sheathing cut to fit and surround the pipe, and a thickened concrete walk to nine inches. At the drain pipe, provide six-by-six ten-by-ten welded wire mesh centered between the top of the walk and the top of the pipe, extending two feet beyond the pipe on each side. A quarter-inch galvanized steel angle extends a minimum of four inches each way of the manifold, with a minimum of three inches of cover. Four-foot long rebar is provided at the pipe-curb penetration, and the grade is bermed up to provide a two-inch minimum ground cover at the drain pipe with a slope of one-eighth inch per foot minimum.
