This metal fence assembly features A-36 steel tubular posts spaced at eight feet on center with a welded top cap, supporting horizontal A-36 steel tubular rails and vertical square steel pickets. The fence sits atop a six-inch by six-inch cast-in-place concrete mow curb supported by a concrete footing and compacted subgrade. Terminal posts use larger rectangular steel tubing, and all welds are specified to be ground smooth with the entire assembly primed and painted to match the building. A concrete mow curb is required adjacent to turf areas but omitted at planter areas per project notes.
