A vinyl wrapped tack panel is installed over a five-eighths-inch gypsum board substrate using Z clips for attachment. The panel edges are trimmed with J molding on all four sides, and the vinyl material is wrapped completely around all four sides. Fastening is achieved with number ten sheet metal screws spaced at twenty-four inches on center horizontally, secured into backing as detailed elsewhere. Height and size are determined by interior elevations, while type and finish are coordinated with finish plans.
