A structural steel column bears on a base plate secured to an embed plate within a concrete dry dock floor. The assembly uses eight bolt stacks per base plate, each consisting of a one-and-a-half-inch diameter ASTM A325 bolt measuring six and a half inches long, two ASTM F436 washers, an ASTM F959 Type 325 direct tension indicator washer, and a one-and-a-half-inch thick plate washer. The embed plate and dry dock floor are marked as not part of this contract, and all bolt stacks are shipped separately.
