An overhead door threshold assembly incorporates a vinyl astragal mounted at the bottom of the door panel meeting the floor slab. The drive-in door detail includes a one-half inch vertical clearance dimension above the sloped or stepped concrete threshold. The dock door detail features the bottom seal meeting the edge of the loading dock slab. Both conditions manage weather stripping and weather sealing at the base of large exterior overhead doors.
