A 1 1/2-inch diameter painted steel pipe handrail terminates at a concrete landing slab, anchored by vertical posts spaced 1 foot 5 inches apart with a typical height of 3 feet 0 inches. The posts anchor into the concrete slab, positioned 4 inches minimum from the slab edge. An HSS steel tube stringer runs beneath the slab, positioned per structural requirements. All connections are welded and ground smooth per typical stair details, with stairs and stringers shown beyond.
