A sheet metal scupper penetrates the parapet wall at a roof edge with tapered insulation sloping at one-half inch per foot. A four-inch treated wood nailer and cover blocking sit atop the roof deck, protected by a continuous strip of self-adhering underlayment measuring a minimum of twelve inches wide. The drainage routes through the scupper outlet into an exterior conductor head and downspout assembly.
