The assembly features one-and-a-half-inch diameter standard pipe stringers paired with three-quarter-inch diameter bar rungs spaced at twelve inches on center, let into the stringer and welded with the welds ground smooth and painted. A non-slip finish is applied at the top of the rungs. Three-inch by three-inch by one-eighth-inch by seven-and-three-quarter-inch steel angle wall anchor brackets are spaced at forty-eight inches on center, bolted to the wall and welded to the stringers. The base plate measuring one-quarter-inch by two inches by three inches is bolted to the floor with one-half-inch diameter by three-inch expansion anchors at each end.
