An aluminum sleeve passes through the roof assembly and is integrated with a reinforced liquid applied polymethyl methacrylate membrane. The deck flange of the sleeve is embedded in a layer of compatible mastic sealant around the pipe penetration. A vandalproof cap sits atop the sleeve, positioned at a minimum of three hundred five millimeters above the roof surface. Sealant is applied around the pipe penetration typically at the base of the sleeve.
