Accessibility mounting height requirements specify a maximum height of forty-eight inches for highest controls, switches, and environmental control devices. The lowest control or outlet is positioned a minimum of fifteen inches above the finished floor, with a maximum height of forty-four inches applied at obstructions twenty to twenty-five inches deep and forty-eight inches max at obstructions up to twenty inches deep. All locations and mounting heights must be confirmed with the electrical drawings.
