A reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roof and steel roof deck meet a tilt-up concrete wall at the roof edge termination and flashing assembly. A treated wood nailer is secured to the top of the concrete wall with ring shank nails spaced at six inches on center and staggered approximately one inch. The reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin membrane terminates under the metal flashing, which is sealed with manufacturer-approved sealant. A minimum 24 gauge coated metal fascia panel wraps the top of the wall and engages a continuous cleat at the exterior face. The steel roof deck bears on a metal roof truss sized per structural plans, with rigid polyisocyanurate insulation installed above the deck.
