A stainless steel plate profile features an overall width of one foot four inches with upward-turned edges measuring two and one-half inches and three inches respectively. A three-sixteenth-inch stainless steel plate for insulation captivation is welded beneath the main flange with one-eighth-inch fillet welds spaced at two-twelve intervals. Fully threaded stainless steel weld studs measuring three-eighths-inch by sixteen UNC by one inch long project downward from the lower horizontal leg at one foot zero and one-eighth inches on center.
