This assembly consists of a six-inch diameter steel pipe, seven feet in total length, which is filled with concrete and finished with a rounded concrete top. The pipe is painted safety yellow and is embedded into an eighteen-inch diameter concrete footing. A concrete base is formed at the surface, sloped away from the bollard to promote drainage at the finish grade.
