A vertical concrete element is anchored to a supporting concrete slab using a galvanized angle measuring 8x4x1/4 by 4 inches long. The vertical leg of the angle connects to the wall with one three-quarter-inch diameter machine bolt. The horizontal leg secures to the slab with one three-quarter-inch diameter Hilti Kwik Bolt-TZ per ESR-1917. The entire base assembly is encased in grout with a minimum of one-quarter-inch cover all around.
