A 1.5-inch diameter stainless steel round tube with a 3/16-inch thickness is secured to a stainless steel saddle using self-tapping screws. The saddle is welded to a 1-inch stainless steel round tube, which in turn is welded to a recessed steel plate anchored into a cast-in-place concrete slab. The recessed steel plate aligns flush with the top of the concrete slab beneath the carpeting. Steel anchors secure the embedded plate within the concrete slab.
