An exhaust louver with a bird screen and optional security bars installs within a formed concrete wall opening. The louver and security bar frame secure into the wall using three-eighths-inch diameter by two-and-a-half-inch long bolts, placed two on each of the four sides typically. Shims fill the gap as required around the perimeter, and joints receive a weathertight caulking seal. An aluminum washable filter mounts on the interior side per specifications, and burglar bars are provided at unsecured truck yards.
