An R99 disabled parking only sign and supplemental van and minimum fine plaques are mounted to a standard two-inch galvanized steel post per Caltrans specifications section 56 using theft-proof brackets, bolts, nuts, and washers per Caltrans specifications section 55. The steel post extends eighty inches above grade to the bottom of the sign assembly. The post embeds thirty inches into a twelve-inch diameter minor concrete foundation with a two-inch minimum concrete cover below the bottom of the post.
