A single-ply membrane flashing is fully adhered to a concrete or masonry wall substrate and secured at twelve inches minimum above the roof level with a termination bar fastened eight inches on center using grommeted fasteners. A metal counter flashing is set over the top edge of the membrane with a backing rod, lead wedges force-fit, and sealant. The accompanying roof drain sump plan covers a six-foot by three-foot sump area with a one-half-inch per foot slope containing both a primary and secondary roof drain.
