A flashing assembly around a roof curb utilizes a continuous sheet of reinforced membrane to wrap the curb over rigid insulation. The membrane is secured at the base using seam fastening plates spaced twelve inches on center with cut-edge sealant applied along the perimeter. A metal cap or counter flashing is installed at the top of the curb per the manufacturer's instructions and fastened twelve inches on center. Outside corners are wrapped or formed from coated metal as specified in the auxiliary isometric diagram.
