A single wall-mounted shelf is constructed from sixteen gauge stainless steel with all welded construction, featuring a twenty gauge stainless steel liner sealed at the wall and front edge. The shelf is supported by fourteen gauge galvanized steel hat channel brackets spaced at a maximum distance of twenty-four inches on center, with the shelf hooked over the bend in the top of the bracket. The brackets are secured to the wall using one-quarter inch twenty gauge stainless steel bolts anchored with toggles or expansion shields appropriate for heavy loads. Matching risers are provided on the ends of the shelf against walls or equipment, and the standard mounting height is verified with the owner or operator at four feet ten inches.
