An entry threshold and jamb guard assembly for a heavy-duty steel sectional door. A 3/8-inch bent plate jamb guard extends to four feet height and is anchored to the substrate using one-half-inch diameter wedge anchors spaced at twenty-four inches on center, finished with two coats of safety yellow gloss enamel paint. An insulated three-inch heavy-duty track is mounted adjacent, with a dead bolt latch positioned six inches above the jamb guard. Continuous weather sealing is provided all around.
