Cold-formed steel studs at 1'-4" on center frame above a concrete slab designed per plan, with double studs provided at door jambs. The steel tracks anchor to the concrete slab using 0.157-inch diameter Hilti X-U powder-actuated fasteners spaced at a maximum of 8 inches on center. Number 10 sheet metal screws secure each side of the framing at each jamb stud location. The double studs feature a minimum 43-mil thickness per the door schedule.
