A fire-rated stainless steel window and glazing system is installed within opening framing and wall assemblies per schedule. The window frame is secured with number twelve sheet metal screws at eighteen inches on center. Hardwood shims are placed at the perimeter as required with mineral wood safesafing packed between shims. Non fire-rated finish sealant with a color to match the frame is applied at the exterior joints. Fire-rated glazing tape is installed at both sides of the glazing unit. A vertical mullion detail is shown at the top with corresponding fastener and framing conditions.
