This temporary sediment and waste control installation consists of twelve haybales arranged in a containment basin layout and lined with visqueen plastic sheeting. Each haybale is anchored to the ground with two number four reinforcing bars driven one and a half to two feet deep. The visqueen is anchored to the haybales using one-eighth inch diameter by two-by-four inch steel wire staples, with two staples per bale applied typically. Concrete truck washout material contained within the basin must be disposed of at an approved facility.
