A five-inch by five-inch steel plate features four welded reinforcing bars and two welded headed studs. The four number four reinforcing bars, each sixteen inches long, are welded diagonally to the face of the plate. Two three-eighths-inch diameter by two-inch long welded headed studs project from the back side of the plate. A central coil nut is positioned on the plate face with a bolt centered between the surrounding anchor bars.
