A pre-finished spandrel panel is integrated within the curtain wall framing alongside vision glass. A pre-finished aluminum fin matching the curtain wall finish projects outward from the lower frame. The curtain wall meets the floor assembly adjacent to a steel beam supporting the concrete slab.
