An aluminum curtain wall system with a composite metal infill panel connects to a structural steel column. The steel column is painted where exposed and coordinates with structural drawings. An aluminum back panel integrates into the curtain wall system, backed by spray-applied closed-cell thermal insulation filling the metal panel cavity full depth. An aluminum composite material panel is integrated into the curtain wall system at the exterior face. Three-quarter-inch sealant joints with backer rods seal the interfaces at the column edges.
