Prefinished sheet metal through-wall flashing and reglet attach to the wall structure with fasteners at twelve inches on center. A termination bar installs at twelve inches on center with sealant behind the flashing membrane. Prefinished sheet metal counterflashing overlaps the flashing membrane, which secures to the field membrane and seals at the cut edge with compatible sealant. Continuous expanded polystyrene insulation attaches to the stud framing using number ten screws at sixteen inches on center horizontally and six inches on center vertically, providing a minimum of three thread penetrations into the stud.
