An interior wall panel bottom track bears directly on a deck plate with a sill sealer and is anchored using screws per specifications. A continuous vapor retarder lines the wall panel behind the PVC interior wall panel finish. Continuous acoustic sealant seals the joint between the bottom track assembly and the resilient flooring where applicable. A four-inch resilient wall base finishes the transition at the floor line.
