A toilet compartment partition stall abuts a vertical wall with a minimum clearance dimension of thirteen and one half inches. The partition panel is anchored or secured perpendicularly to the finished wall surface above a floor-mounted or flush fixture base. Standard partition hardware secures the panel maintaining the required spatial clearance.
