An epoxy terrazzo flooring finish at three-eighths of an inch thickness is applied over a concrete substrate using a bonding agent. A one-quarter-inch aluminum divider strip separates the base building epoxy terrazzo from the tenant-provided concession floor finish. The assembly details the level transition between base building and concession areas at the concrete slab.
