A portable aluminum davit mast and back-fed davit arm mount to a flush-mounted base embedded in the roof structure with a twelve-inch minimum setback from the parapet. The assembly supports a thousand-pound maximum working load and a four-thousand-pound factored load, carrying primary and secondary suspension wire ropes for a four-line powered platform. An adjustable face roller, hoist motor, electrical cable, and horizontal fall protection tie-off line complete the suspended maintenance system.
