A concrete-filled metal stair pan with a one-and-a-half-inch concrete fill placed in the field over wire mesh reinforcement as required. The stair treads receive a specific finish material referenced as RT24, and the stair landing receives finish material RT22. A metal pipe railing system frames the stair, consisting of a one-and-a-half-inch diameter metal pipe top rail, a matching bottom rail, and one-inch diameter vertical pipe pickets spaced at four inches on center typically.
