This interior millwork detail shows a vanity cabinet assembly with a stainless steel sink and faucet specified per plumbing drawings. The countertop is installed per schedule with a four-inch splash where millwork terminates against the wall. The lower cabinetry features a plastic laminate false drawer front and a plastic laminate door with an integral toe kick to allow complete required thirty by forty-eight inch clear space access. Melamine is specified for all exposed interiors, supported by a one-quarter-inch melamine back. Field cut-outs are provided for electrical and plumbing access as required, accommodating a garbage disposal unit with specified clearances above the finish floor.
