A stainless steel diamond plate threshold with tapered edges rests on a continuous sealant bed integrated with the jamb seal. The exterior slab surface slopes away at two percent. Dampproofing with a protection layer and a vapor barrier termination bar protect the vertical slab edge. A steel cap trim is located at the coiling door jamb.
