A 1-1/2 inch outside diameter seamless tubing handrail with a high gloss enamel finish is supported by a Julius Blum #275 bracket with a 626 finish spaced at six feet on center. The handrail bracket is secured with a 3/8 inch sheet metal screw fastened into a continuous two inch wide eighteen gauge metal strapping behind the wall finish. The metal stud framed partition includes batt insulation within the wall cavity where required. The top of the handrail is positioned two feet ten inches above the stair tread nosing.
