A scheduled concrete wall bears on a concrete footing detailed per structural drawings. Below-grade self-adhering sheet waterproofing is applied continuously over the exterior face of the concrete wall and footing. Two-inch below-grade perimeter rigid insulation board is installed in continuous pre-manufactured vertical pieces with tightly fitted pieces and sealed joints over the waterproofing.
