A hollow metal steel door frame sits at the finish floor level over a concrete slab. The assembly is secured using two 3/8-inch KB-TZ expansion bolt anchors per jamb with a minimum 3-inch embedment. A base anchor and frame anchors secure the hollow metal jamb to the adjacent concrete and masonry construction. The door leaf provides a 3/8-inch undercut above the finish floor datum.
