A continuous two-by-eight fire-retardant wood tie-back is secured to the interior face of a structural concrete panel. One-by-six wood backing spaced thirty-six inches on center attaches behind the tie-back assembly. An AWP-1 panel finish is fastened to the wall using manufacturer-specified fasteners and washers with black finish.
