Liquid applied flashing is applied in a zigzag pattern to the window head corner with a minimum four-inch extension. The flashing membrane is immediately spread using a putty knife to cover four inches from the corner in all directions and the full width of the jamb at approximately twelve to fifteen wet mils thickness.
