An automatic door bottom mechanism is concealed within the bottom of the door panel, which matches the door schedule and sits above the finish floor. The door is hung in a hollow metal frame sized per the door height indicated in the schedule. The concealed automatic drop seal lowers as the door closes to seal against the finish floor.
