A two-piece collar flashing is installed at wall penetrations through cement plaster assemblies to accommodate independent movement. The assembly features a two-inch minimum lap for the two-piece collar and incorporates a one-half-inch plaster screed to finish and screed the plaster. A typical seven-eighths-inch clearance is maintained at the cement plaster finish.
