An oriented strand board roof deck supports a mechanically attached quarter-inch Securock substrate board. A new eighty-mil thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply membrane is mechanically fastened to the deck using membrane screws and plates. The penetration flashing is wrapped with thermoplastic polyolefin flashing membrane, secured with an aluminum tape and a stainless steel hose clamp, and sealed with a hundred percent urethane sealant at the top. Hot-air welds join the flashing membrane to the field sheet.
