A TPO roof membrane extends over the pipe penetration with a one-inch minimum vertical turn-up and is mechanically attached using approved fasteners and plates with a minimum of four around the pipe. The membrane is adhered to the rigid insulation and roof deck assembly using a low volatile organic compound TPO membrane adhesive. A stainless steel draw band secures the membrane wrap around the pipe, sealed at the top edge with one hundred percent urethane sealant. The assembly maintains minimum dimensional clearances including an eight-inch overall vertical height and a six-inch membrane termination height above the roof surface.
