This wall head assembly incorporates a prefinished through-wall flashing paired with a self-adhered membrane flashing behind the brick veneer. A minimum one-and-a-half-inch air space is maintained with a mortar drop protection net and weeps spaced at twenty-four inches on center. Mitered insulation fills the cavity behind the flashing assembly to maintain thermal continuity at the opening head.
