Horizontal rebar spaced at six inches each face surrounds a wall opening. Additional diagonal reinforcing bars measuring five feet long are placed at each corner of the opening. Hooked reinforcing bars are provided where the continuous bars are interrupted at the opening jambs. Dimension callouts establish the positioning of the reinforcement relative to the surrounding wall structure and elevations.
