The peninsula soiled dishtable features a 14 gauge stainless steel top with a 1/16-inch-per-foot slope towards the dish machine on the dish dropoff side. The underside is supported by one-inch by four-inch 14 gauge channel reinforcing and stainless steel gussets. The support structure consists of 1-5/8-inch outside diameter 16 gauge stainless steel legs and crossrails, terminating in adjustable bullet feet. An optional 16 gauge stainless steel undershelf or open base is integrated as specified. Fabrication complies with NSF standards.
