A concrete tilt-up panel features a 3/16 inch thick bent metal plate edge guard that is five feet high and cast with the concrete panel per structural drawings. An overhead door jamb hardware and mounting is installed per manufacturer specifications with a 16 gauge 3 inch track. A Z-guard door track protection comprising a 3/8 inch bent plate Z-bar track protection four feet high is anchored adjacent to the track with caulk applied as required. A roof drain pipe passes through a sleeve sized two inches larger than the drain pipe, with a bent plate provided where it occurs and a note instructing not to core.
