The pavement assembly consists of three inches of asphalt laid directly over an eight-inch aggregate base course. This section is supported by suitable natural soils, properly prepared existing fills, or structural site grading fill extending to suitable natural soils. The entire assembly is designated for use in all pedestrian parking stalls.
